JOIN THE REVOICE TEAM

We’re building the team that will sustain and scale this work—and we’re looking for the right people to help carry it forward.

At Revoice, we are committed to fostering care, understanding, and belonging—so that LGBTQ+/SSA individuals can know they are not alone and that the gospel of Jesus is for them. Our work is deeply relational, mission-driven, and rooted in a shared desire to serve the Church with humility, clarity, and compassion.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for thoughtful, skilled individuals who are not only excellent in their craft, but who are also aligned with our mission and eager to contribute to a healthy, collaborative team.

We aim to be a place where meaningful work is done sustainably—through a flexible, remote work environment, thoughtful use of time, and a culture that supports both focus and rest.

“Revoice is a place where people care deeply about both the mission and each other. It’s meaningful work, done in a thoughtful, collaborative, and sustainable way.”
— Nate Collins, President & Founder

ABOUT REVOICE

Revoice is building a gospel-centered, biblically grounded movement that adheres to the historic Christian sexual ethic. We uplift individuals who identify as LGBTQ+ and same-sex attracted, ensuring that these individuals, as well as the broader LGBTQ+/SSA community, know that the gospel of Jesus is for them. We also strive to bridge the gap between the Church and the LGBTQ+/SSA community, helping everyone see that love for Jesus and love for LGBTQ+/SSA people are not mutually exclusive. Since our founding in 2018, we’ve become a trusted voice for pastoral care, discipleship, and creative theological engagement through conferences, online resources, and digital media.

We are recognized for the care and thoughtfulness we bring to both our community and our team, as well as for producing work that seamlessly blends theological depth with creative excellence. We believe that every story bears the image of God, and that art and design can reflect this beauty in ways that invite a sense of belonging and hope.

Now, more than ever, there's a critical need for the services Revoice provides.
