Uriel (he/him), or Uri, was born in Leuven, Belgium—a country with a small but faithful Christian population. The 8th of 13 children, he's spent much of his life serving as a bridge between people and communities.

Uri holds a bachelor’s degree in Management (Marketing) from UCLL and a bachelor’s in Religious Teaching & Education (Elementary School) from IBV Leuven. With experience in coaching and entrepreneurship, he brings both relational depth and practical insight to his work. His greatest passion is helping others fall in love with Jesus.

Deep friendship is at the heart of Uri’s life. After coming out in his 40s, he became devoted to raising up the next generation and calling the Church toward greater love and inclusion of LGBTQ+ people. That’s why Revoice matters to him.

Uri hopes to inspire Christians to stop overlooking gay/ssa believers who are committed to Jesus—and to help ensure they receive the support, discipleship, and community they deeply need and deserve.

Since interning with Revoice in 2024, Uri has already helped us refine key programs like our ministry cohort, facilitated powerful retreat moments, and modeled thoughtful, Christ-centered care for LGBTQ+/SSA individuals navigating complex spiritual and personal journeys.
