Grace Hayashi serves as the Senior Director of Operations at Revoice, working in close partnership with the Executive Director. She oversees organizational systems, conference operations, project management, financial oversight, staff management, and executive leadership support.

Before joining Revoice in June 2026, Grace spent eight and a half years with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA, where she served as Senior Director of Communications and Operations for the Strategy & Innovation department. As a trusted second-in-command to the Vice President, she oversaw communications and operational systems, led cross-organizational initiatives, and helped translate strategic vision into day-to-day execution. She also provided operational leadership for national conferences.

She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Religious Studies, with minors in English and Biblical Languages, from Westmont College and a Master of Arts in Linguistics & Biblical Languages from Biola University.

A fourth-generation Japanese American cisgender woman (she/her), Grace lives in the Greater Los Angeles area and is committed to lifelong celibacy. Outside of work, she enjoys serving as Prayer Director at her local church, investing in lifelong friendships, prayerfully cross-stitching gifts for others, and spending time with her black-and-tan Shiba.
